More Snaggles, Sleep, and Hurricane Remnants

Today marked the appearance of Maddie's third tooth! FINALLY! After seeing a perfect outline of her two front teeth for a week or two now, her left front tooth has finally broken through the skin. She has been sleeping much better at night too. Now.....we wait for the other front tooth to make its appearance.

Here is yet another picture to add to the "she'll fall asleep anywhere" collection. It seems that when Maddie woke up the other morning she decided to play in her bed. All of a sudden she realized she got up a little too early and decided to head back to Sleepytown.....while still sitting up.

We hope everyone has gotten their power restored from the terrible winds Hurricane Ike brought to us. We consider ourselves very lucky; we were without power from around 10 a.m. Sunday morning until midnight Sunday night. One of our neighbor's trees fell into our yard and hit the corner of our sun room. No major damage, but now we have a big tree taking up the majority of our backyard! I bet this is the first time Warrick County schools have been closed because of a hurricane!
