Mason and I had our regularly scheduled visit to get our hair cut this past Saturday and for the first time Maddie joined us! She had her lovely locks snipped for the first time ever. Not a whole lot of cutting, just getting that long piece on her crown that never fell out and was longer than all the other hair trimmed. She was so good she just sat calmly on my lap while Amy cut away. She never made a peep. And, of course, all the people in there were fawning all over her because she had her hot pink ruffle skirt on with her movie star shades on when she strolled through the door. I can't say I blame them....after all, she is the cutest little girl I've ever seen :-) So cute!
On Monday we ventured out to get Mase and Maddie a picnic table for outdoor dining this summer. They loved it! Unfortunately the weather is not cooperating as it has rained pretty much every day since we got it. Mason "helped" me put it together Monday evening and had to eat supper at it even though it was pooring rain outside. So, the little guy sat out in the garage with his corndog and chips at his new picnic table. It doesn't matter to them as long as they can use it somewhere even if it is in the garage!

Nothing better than a pick-a-nick in the garage on a rainy day!! Tell Mase & Maddie we're still working on the pool but getting really close to enjoying it instead of working on it.
